Shape Your Goals

This technique is based upon the philosophy that "success breeds success." Divide your weight loss goal by 2 or 3, creating mulitple dieting sessions with smaller, more manageable goals.

If you want to lose 50 pounds, try three dieting sessions with a goal of 15 pounds to lose per session. A weight loss goal of 15 pounds is much easier to handle than 50.
