Cycle Your Diet

Split up your dieting sessions into three different rates of weight loss. Utilize low, medium, and high rates of weight loss.
  1. Low Rate
    Lose 1-2 pounds/week. Follow for two weeks at a time.

  2. Medium Rate
    Lose 2-3 pounds/week and follow for one to two weeks at a time.

  3. High Rate
    Lose 4 pounds/week, following for only ONE week at a time.
